## Description

The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division at HKEX is responsible for processing applications for new equity listings. You will perform the role of a team manager in processing IPO applications and monitor progress of a portfolio of listing applications.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team in processing IPO applications and monitor progress of listing applications

- Draft comment letters and department reports to the Listing Committee

- Handle pre-IPO enquiries and IPO-related policy matters

- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by your supervisor

- Provide accounting, legal, or other professional support to the Listing Division

Requirements:

- Qualified lawyers or accountants with a minimum of 7 years of working experience, or university graduates of other relevant disciplines with at least 7 years of working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field

- Experience demonstrating knowledge of the Listing Rules and the securities industry, including securities laws and accounting practices

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with knowledge of investigative techniques and procedures

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Putonghua fluency being an advantage
