We are seeking an analytically-minded Credit Risk Manager to lead a team of analysts and drive meaningful change in one of our consumer finance products in the UK or USA markets.

- A focus on delivering results that align with both commercial and customer needs

- A collaborative, open approach and a willingness to challenge your own assumptions

- Experience leading and developing junior analysts
