## Description

We are seeking an experienced Private Banker to join our International Partners Team as an Assistant Vice President. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and business performance by acquiring, developing, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Your goal will be to protect the bank's reputation through sound risk decisions and manage a client group within their risk profile and appropriate regulatory framework.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and grow client relationships, acquiring new clients and identifying solutions to meet their needs.

- Establish a deep understanding of client strategies through regular proactive contact and respond to client queries.

- Manage operational, reputational, financial crime, and credit risk for the portfolio.

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

**Assistant Vice President Expectations:**

- Advise and influence decision-making, contributing to policy development and taking responsibility for operational effectiveness.

- Lead a team performing complex tasks and set objectives for team members.

- Demonstrate leadership behaviours, including listening, energising, aligning, and developing others.

**Requirements:**

- Experience covering UHNW individuals, family offices, and institutional investors across Asia and/or Europe.

- Proven track record in raising new capital, growing AUM, and maintaining long-term investor relationships.

- Solid knowledge of private markets, alternative investments, and cross-border investment solutions.

- CACS 1 & 2 certification.
