## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Stockport Retail Park. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:** Wednesday: 17:00 - 21:00 Thursday: 17:00 - 21:00 Friday: 17:00 - 21:00 Saturday: 17:00 - 21:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
