## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stockport Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to make recommendations and drive sales

- Utilising digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail setting

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to work weekends, with hours of:

- Sunday: 06:00-14:00

- Saturday: 04:30-12:30
