## Description

Electronic Arts' Firemonkeys Studio in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product management for The Sims FreePlay. As a Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Director of Product and work closely with cross-functional teams to define, market, and support Sims FreePlay.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide new experiences and features to players

- Maximize titles' acquisition, engagement, monetization, and fun

- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team

- Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities

- Oversee the development stages to ensure the final product meets defined requirements

- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation

- Analyze games industry market trends and competitor strategies

- Manage virtual economies and economy models

- Use analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance and identify new opportunities

- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and franchise teams to promote titles

- Work with Director of Product in business planning and KPI setting

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in product management within consumer web and e-commerce products

- Experience using Excel or BI tools to build dashboards and produce insights

- Experience in a B2C product management environment

- Knowledge of Agile process and principles with experience with product management tools

- Experience communicating product updates to internal and external partners

- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends

- Games industry experience is desirable with Mobile expertise as a plus
