## Description

The Boeing Company's Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Engineering division is seeking a Senior Information Technology Manager - ServiceNow Platform Leader to lead the Production Operations ServiceNow platform team.

The successful candidate will chart the course for strategy, product lifecycle development, and operational stability for the enterprise ServiceNow platform supporting IT and cross-enterprise business functions.

**Position Responsibilities:**

- Enterprise Product Management for the ServiceNow platform, associated applications, tools, and services

- Cultivate strategic relationships with senior Boeing leaders and suppliers

- Day-to-day production operations for ServiceNow through platform modernization and sustainment

- ServiceNow product roadmap and lifecycle, including delivery of advanced features aligned to business outcomes and efficiencies

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to align the platform strategy with organizational objectives

- Manage key supplier relationships and budget

- Drive AI and automation initiatives leveraging ServiceNow and other integrated capabilities

- Lead a large global team

- Broad stakeholder communications

- Ensure governance and compliance to enterprise standards

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

- 10+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams

- 5+ years of experience managing managers

- 5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow platform support and development

- 1+ years of experience leading or managing global teams

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

- Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, ITOM, Event Management, and SPM

- Global (multi-national) company experience delivering IT Operations services and/or enterprise platforms

- Relevant ServiceNow certifications

- Proven experience leading a team in the implementation of AI & automation capabilities

- Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with senior executive leadership

- ITIL or similar IT Service Management experience
