## Description

We are seeking a Report Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Report Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for controlling the report generation process and providing guidance and support to clients daily or as a specialist on specific products/services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers

- Review client data requirements with internal resources to ensure basic product deliverables meet customer specifications, including timeliness and quality

- Follow IQVIA data verification protocols

- Research, analyze, and respond to routine client inquiries

- Provide support to the team for client service meetings at customer sites

- Produce ad-hoc studies on demand

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree

- SQL

- Power BI

- Two (2) years of related work experience

- Experience in an IQVIA role preferred

- Pharmaceutical experience preferred

- Proficient in PC applications such as Excel

- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral)

- Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service skills
