## Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at the Mercure Nice Marché aux Fleurs hotel, located in the heart of Old Nice, overlooking the Mediterranean.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our guests throughout their stay, responding to their requests, and providing a personalised experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing guest arrivals and departures in a personalised manner, adhering to internal procedures

- Handling phone calls and reservation requests

- Contributing to guest satisfaction by responding to their requests and providing quality service throughout their stay

- Participating in loyalty programmes to retain clients

- Showcasing hotel services to optimise sales

- Assigning rooms to individual and group clients, respecting procedures and special requests

- Managing billing and payment procedures

- Overseeing cash handling

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Fluent in French and English

- Commercial spirit and ability to adapt to service and client needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Dynamic, organised, and able to anticipate needs

- Knowledge of check-in/check-out procedures and Opéra Cloud software
