## Description

The CERAWeek Partnership Delivery team at S&P Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced team member to join their dynamic team in Houston, TX. As a key player in this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for strategic partners attending the annual CERAWeek conference.

**Responsibilities and Impact:**

- Own end-to-end delivery of contractual commitments for an assigned portfolio of CERAWeek Partners, ensuring timely and in-scope execution.

- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across programming, operations, commercial, marketing, and logistics teams.

- Proactively identify and resolve operational conflicts with diplomatic precision.

- Maintain strict data integrity and audit readiness across relational databases.

- Lead partner process improvement initiatives and design scalable workflows.

- Manage post-conference partner feedback cycles and deliver structured performance reporting.

**Compensation/Benefits Information:**

- Anticipated base salary range: $70,000 to $100,000.

- Eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or Marketing.

- 5+ years of experience in event operations, partner/sponsor management, or client relationship management within the conference, energy, or financial information services sectors.

- Demonstrated experience managing contractual deliverables for a portfolio of 10+ partner or sponsor accounts.

- Proficiency in project management or relational database platforms.

- Ability to travel domestically for CERAWeek in Houston, TX, and additional S&P Global events as required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience supporting high-profile executive conferences or ministerial-level gatherings.

- Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Experience planning and executing partner advisory council or sponsor advisory board programs.

- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation or equivalent event management certification.

- Background in sponsorship or account management within the energy, commodities, utilities, or climate policy sectors.

- Experience operating effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
