## Description

We are seeking an Officer, Customer Experience to join our team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will handle enquiries from distributors and customers, providing one-stop service and solutions in relation to procedure, payment, administration guidelines, and case progress.

Key responsibilities include:

- Handling enquiries from distributors and customers

- Providing one-stop service and solutions to distributors and customers

- Providing recommendations in process review and revamp to streamline workflow and procedures for efficiency gain

- Assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

- A university degree, or 2 years or more relevant experience in financial or insurance industries, preferably with frontline servicing exposure

- Proficiency in written English and Chinese, and fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

- IIQE (Paper 1, 3, and 5) license holder preferred

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure
