## Description

Join the Critical Care Unit at Lexington Medical Center, part of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Health, as a Registered Nurse (RN). The unit provides Intensive and Intermediate Care to patients with various conditions, including sepsis, shock, and respiratory failure.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care

- Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassion to lead efforts in creating the safest patient environment

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patient needs and uphold professional practice standards

**Requirements:**

- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

- Greater than 1 year of RN experience

**Schedule:**

- 3rd shift (7pm-7am)

- 2 weekends out of 6 week scheduling block

- Holiday rotation
