## Description

We are seeking a Consultant - Design Management to support our design and project management process in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

The successful candidate will assist in the coordination and administration of project activities across all phases of the project, provide administrative support, facilitate communication, and ensure that project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the management and coordination of the design process

- Assist in recording design change processes and implementing effective protocols

- Understand the obligations to a project necessary to fulfil the scope of service agreement under the direction of the UK Design Manager

- Support the UK Design Manager in providing leadership to a design process

- Assist in assessing performance metrics using tools and procedures

- Contribute to Design Management processes

- Operate independently, planning and prioritising own work

- Contribute to the design management strategy for assigned projects

- Assist in setting up the design management plan and monitoring progress

- Provide support to project control functions

- Compile and maintain accurate deliverables

- Identify and highlight threats to progress and scope of service obligations

- Work with WSP values to ensure compliance with corporate, departmental, and legislative requirements

Qualifications:

- 9+ years of experience in a similar role

- Good level of spoken and written English

- Internationally recognised English language qualification

- Ability to analyse information and assemble into reports

- Experience with Microsoft software such as Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Design Management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines

- Comfortable working independently and highly self-motivated

- Ability to communicate across time zones effectively
