## Description

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will work with our clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and create treatment plans for clients

- Provide physical therapy services to clients, including exercises, modalities, and education

- Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
