## Description

NVIDIA Research is seeking world-class circuit researchers to contribute to the exploration of future high-performance, low-power circuit technologies and development of prototype circuits.

As a PhD Research Intern in our Circuits team, you will explore circuit approaches to optimizing processor computation and interconnect performance and power, design and implement circuit approaches in prototype systems, collaborate with other researchers and internal product teams, and transfer technology to product groups.

To be successful in this role, you should be pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field, and have power delivery research experience with a focus on one of the following areas:

- Novel Digital and Analog control architectures for fast transient response of power converters

- EMI analysis and mitigation techniques

- Power supply Design and Analysis for applications with low failure rate

You should also have excellent knowledge and a broad background in circuit design theory and practice, depth in one or more areas of high-performance circuit design, a track record of research excellence or significant product development, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

NVIDIA offers an hourly rate of $38-$94, depending on position, location, year in school, degree, and experience. You will also be eligible for intern benefits.
