## Description

We're seeking a Contract Recruiter (Europe) to join our Talent team, helping us build best-in-class teams across the region. As our first recruiting hire in Europe, you will lead full-cycle recruiting, develop hiring strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

**About the team and the role** The Talent team partners with leaders across Plaid to build the teams that build our products. We are committed to thoughtful, candidate-first hiring processes and to scaling with intention.

**What you'll do**

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Plaid's European business teams, including Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People roles, from sourcing to close.

- Partner closely with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale teams in the region.

- Work with our existing team to build localized processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent.

- Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, advising on market conditions, hiring strategy, and fair, consistent interviewing.

- Help us improve and scale a clear, respectful, and inclusive candidate experience for people from all backgrounds.

- Use data to identify gaps in the funnel and recommend improvements, including which candidate communities we are reaching and which we are missing.

**What excites us**
