The Risk Screening Processor role sits within Screening Utility Operations, providing international trade, Payroll & clients with a globally consistent and best-in-class Negative News Screening process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing requests in a timely and accurate manner to contribute to a positive client experience

- Performing outgoing and incoming calls to provide excellent customer service and assistance

- Taking ownership of remediation-related problems and working closely with CDD functions to resolve bottlenecks efficiently

- Providing solutions to problems and adhering to performance level agreements

- Developing understanding of the business and product area to create a knowledge base

- Working closely with CDD functions to develop and vet new business requests

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry/functional experience

- Computer literacy and ability to work on basic applications like MS Excel, MS Word, and Lotus Notes

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Flexibility and willingness to change with corporate and department objectives

- Ability to balance quality and quantity with a primary focus on quality

- Self-motivation and pragmatism with a sense of urgency

Desirable skills:

- Previous experience in AML/KYC teams

- Strong customer service mindset or sales orientation

- Fluency in English with good conversational and telephone skills
