## Description

We are currently seeking high-caliber professionals to join us as Business Development Manager (Medical).

Principal responsibilities:

- Achieve medical insurance sales targets by collaborating with assigned branches.

- Drive tactical programs to develop a robust medical insurance culture on need-based financial planning for affluent segments.

- Ensure sales staff are capable of cross-selling various types of insurance products and delivering innovative products to customers.

- Implement the Group’s/Bank’s Compliance policy by managing compliance risk, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, fostering a compliance culture, and optimizing relations with regulators.

Requirements:

- University degree in a related discipline, preferably with relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP, CFMP, or QRA.

- Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience, preferably in medical insurance.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with the ability to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese; fluent Putonghua is preferred.

- Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively.

- Shown strong situational awareness, a strong desire to learn, and able to work in an Agile environment.

- Advocate of openness, able to create a cohesive teamwork and inspire others.

- High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers.
