We are seeking an (Assistant) Style Shift Leader to join our team at W Hotels in Hong Kong.

As an (Assistant) Style Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping and laundry services. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff

- Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Analysing and resolving any issues that may arise
