As a Product Manager for Connectivity Platform, you'll own the platform capabilities that keep Plaid's data supply reliable and efficient, and you'll decide which ones we build as the network evolves. You'll drive the discovery that finds the highest-value work, own the roadmap, and partner closely with engineering to weigh technical trade-offs against business value.

## Responsibilities

- Drive discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize platform updates or new services, considering against product team roadmaps, reliability challenges, and data quality

- Define and own the overall Connectivity platform roadmap and strategy with the engineering lead, covering our integration automation platform, migration orchestration platform, and data quality initiatives

- Build shared observability across regions (US, CA, UK/EU)

- Partner closely with engineering to identify and articulate technical trade-offs with business value

- Spend deep time with internal teams that depend on the platform to understand their needs and wants, with the ability to distill the information into actionable requests and raise that to the platform team

- Establish and track key metrics

## Qualifications:

- 5+ years of product management experience

- Proven track record as an internal product manager: You've led technical product initiatives where the user base is internal (and oftentimes other engineers or product teams) from discovery, to roadmap/strategy development, through execution and monitoring

- Deep technical fluency: You can hold your own with our best engineers on how large systems are designed, evaluating trade-offs, limitations, and business value

- Leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication: You should be comfortable working cross-functionally (engineering, data, product) and influencing without direct authority

## Nice to Have Qualifications:

- Experience in fintech

- Generative AI knowledge and experience

- Prior software engineering experience

- Zone 1 Total Base Comp $190.8K – $262.8K
