## Description

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for hunting for and developing new accounts, increasing market share, and achieving sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and profit goals

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for products and services

- Collaborate with Sales/BD Managers and Technical Account Managers to secure business

- Share market knowledge and customer feedback with Senior Management, Sales, and Marketing teams

- Report sales activities and maintain documentation via CRM system

Qualifications:

- PhD/Master's degree or above in Biology/Life Science related disciplines

- At least 1 year of hands-on lab experience in life science research, molecular biology, or related research

- Knowledge of the Biological and CRO market, particularly in Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, BioAssay, Antibody, or Cell Line Products

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Ability to work independently and drive success in an international business environment

- Accurate sales forecasting and self-motivation with a winning spirit
