## Description

We're looking for a Server/Bartender to join our team at Flow. As a Server/Bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our wellness-focused community. You'll deliver genuine, high-quality service, prepare and serve drinks, and build rapport with residents and guests.

Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and make residents and guests feel welcome and cared for. Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and café offerings, with speed, consistency, and attention to quality. Build relationships with residents and guests and contribute to a vibrant social atmosphere. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, service areas, and shared spaces. Support events, activations, and community programming as needed. Collaborate with café, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure smooth service. Uphold Flow's standards for hospitality, safety, and responsible service. Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Promote Flow merchandise with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Ideal Background: Minimum of 2 years of server and/or bartender experience in a hospitality-driven environment. Experience in a bar, restaurant, café, or hospitality concept with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and guest experience. Experience supporting new openings, evolving concepts, or fast-growing environments is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with guests and teammates. Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments and wearing multiple hats as needed. Valid Food Handler's Certificate is preferred.
