## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Product Manager, Global App to shape the core player experience across the mobile app. The successful candidate will focus on improving how players discover, engage with, and return to creator-driven content across priority markets.

Responsibilities:

- Define product requirements and support execution across key app surfaces

- Improve activation, retention, and overall app experience quality

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, growth, trust and safety, and regional partners

- Use product analytics, user research, and experimentation to inform prioritisation and improve outcomes

Requirements:

- 4–7 years of product management experience in consumer mobile products

- 3+ years of experience in shipping user-facing features that improve activation, engagement, retention, or app quality

- Experience with localization, culturalization, and global product considerations

- Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
