## Description

We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote our adult vaccine portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions in Argentina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial plan to drive business growth, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and identify opportunities to increase our market share.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute a commercial plan to drive business growth in your assigned territory

- Promote our vaccine portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions

- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and institutions

- Analyze performance indicators and market potential to adjust strategies and maximize opportunities

- Generate and share relevant market insights to inform business decisions

- Participate in scientific events, institutional activities, and omnichannel initiatives

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in medical sales or promotion within the pharmaceutical industry

- Experience in managing and developing commercial territories with a results-oriented approach

- Knowledge or experience in vaccines, infectious diseases, clinical medicine, cardiology, diabetes, or cardio-renal-metabolism

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to use commercial management and data analysis tools such as Veeva or similar platforms

- Availability to travel within your assigned territory and reside in the corresponding coverage area

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in commercial approaches to healthcare institutions, large accounts, or vaccination centers

- Experience working under omnichannel engagement models

- High customer orientation and commercial objective fulfillment

- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic and multifunctional environments
