## Description

Ninja Van is seeking a Hybrid Driver to join their team in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering parcels to customers, pick-up points, and stations in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Load, transport, and deliver parcels safely and on time

- Verify customer details and addresses using the application before and during delivery

- Ensure all packages are in acceptable condition, have an Air Waybill (AWB), and match the number of items in the application

- Report any discrepancies or issues with packages to the station staff

- Collect cash on delivery (COD) from customers and reconcile with the application

- Hand over collected COD to the Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily

- Contact customers before failed deliveries

- Maintain good customer behavior and adhere to set routes and schedules

- Comply with transportation laws, maintain a clean driving record, and follow Ninja Van's code of conduct and quality policy

Requirements:

- Malaysian citizen

- Aged 18 and above

- SPM qualification and above

- No prior experience required

- Own vehicle (motorcycle or car)

- Valid driver's license and Good Driving License (GDL) if driving a company vehicle

- Clean driving record and no criminal record

- Good attitude and customer-oriented

- Android phone

- Responsible and punctual

- Flexible working hours

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (or until delivery completion) Delivery Area: Taman Desa Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,400 per month
