We are seeking ambitious Trainee Lawyers (m/w/d) to join our Tax Law department in Frankfurt from January 2027.

Key areas of focus include:

- International and European tax law

- Corporate tax law/restructuring

- Transaction-related tax law

- Investment tax law and asset management

- Tax advice on financing structures and products

- Value-added tax law

- Support with transfer pricing issues

- Tax-induced crisis management and tax compliance
