## Description

ElevenLabs is scaling rapidly across APAC and is looking for a GTM Enablement professional to lead the enablement efforts in the region.

The successful candidate will own full-stack enablement for APAC, including designing program architecture, building e-learning, delivering live training, and measuring impact.

Key responsibilities:

- Own full-stack enablement for APAC

- Run biweekly onboarding for new sellers across India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and China

- Localize global content for APAC markets

- Be the technical translator for the voice models and Agents platform

- Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Lead to roll out partner certification and enablement programs

- Operate as part of a global team

Requirements:

- 8 to 12 years in GTM roles, with 4 to 6 years in sales enablement

- Experience as an early or first enablement hire for APAC at a US or European software company

- Track record building enablement programs from zero

- Demonstrated ability to localize HQ-produced content for multiple APAC markets

- Strong live facilitation skills

- Technical aptitude: comfortable explaining APIs, model behavior, latency, and integration concepts

- Business fluency in English required; Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean a strong plus
