## Description

Prudential is seeking a cost control apprentice to support the administration of project list management, update project costs, and maintain reports.

Responsibilities:

- Support administration of project list management, including documentation of files and emails

- Update and compile project costs, including following up with users for forecast projects

- Maintain ACR, Progress Report, and Post Implementing Report listings, including reminding users of due dates

- Prepare actual expense projects (General Ledger) on a monthly basis

- Handle user queries regarding Coupa, including uploading budgets, transferring and adjusting budgets

- Create new departments and projects in Coupa, request regular and ad-hoc approvals from COE and Accounting, and create new budget lines

Requirements:

- Final year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Economics, Management, or a relevant major

- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (3 times a week) in South Jakarta

- Committed to a 6-month internship period

- Good attention to numerical detail

- Good English language skills and daily business communication skills

- Willing to learn, proactive, open to feedback, and able to communicate updates to the team in a timely manner

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Project Management skills are a plus
