## Description

As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most dynamic and influential brand ambassador program. You will understand the target group of Red Bull and take care of the image of the brand and the product on campus and in the region. Your goal is to reach new consumers, stimulate interest among university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.

You will have direct contact with consumers and customers, create opportunities for them to try the product, and provide consumers with unforgettable experiences related to the brand during Red Bull events. You will be flexible and enjoy working in a creative atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include being an ambassador of the brand and product, developing a database of users through creating positive opportunities for product trial, building brand awareness, and sampling products in the right place and time while answering consumer questions competently. You will also develop and implement an innovative, tailored plan for the academic campus that engages students and brings the brand to life on campus.

You will build a strong network of contacts, establish and maintain relationships with key people in the area, manage brand engagement on social media using authentic content, work at Red Bull events, and ensure consumers have unforgettable experiences related to the brand.

Additional responsibilities include building relations with local sales teams, ensuring Red Bull's availability and visibility in sales points, cooperating with the sales department to open new distribution points for Red Bull on campus and beyond, promoting and utilizing relevant Red Bull materials to maintain Red Bull's top position in sales points, and maintaining perfect adherence to established standards.

The ideal candidate is highly communicative, charismatic, energetic, and positive, with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to balance creativity and entrepreneurship. You should be able to work part-time while studying, preferably with a willingness to work evenings and weekends. You should also have good relationships with groups and people on campus, a passion for the Red Bull brand and its products, and fluency in English.
