## Description

We are Accor, a world-leading hospitality organisation with a diverse portfolio of brands and experiences. We are seeking a Hostess to join our team at our Economic Hotel in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

As a Hostess, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing reservations and attending to clients via phone, email, and system

- Welcoming guests according to our brand standards, providing information and support

- Carrying out check-in and check-out procedures, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with hospitality norms

- Acting as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, forwarding requests and resolving issues

- Controlling room availability and preventing discrepancies between reservations and occupancy

- Handling billing, issuing invoices, and managing cash control

- Offering loyalty programs and personalised service to regular clients

- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area, adhering to internal procedures, and supporting other departments as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Intermediate English language skills

Desirable qualifications:

- Higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields

- Experience in customer service and telephone communication

- Advanced English language skills and intermediate Spanish language skills

- Prior experience in the industry

Working conditions:

- 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
