The Enterprise Strategy team develops and advances CVS Health’s long-term strategic priorities, identifies new growth opportunities, and drives alignment across businesses to accelerate enterprise value creation.

The Executive Director, Enterprise Strategy will lead the development and execution of strategies focused on advancing Aetna's clinical, provider, network, and pharmacy priorities to improve affordability, health outcomes, and member experience.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead the development and execution of strategies focused on advancing Aetna's clinical, provider, network, and pharmacy priorities

- Partner closely with clinical, network, product, pharmacy, operations, and finance leaders to develop integrated, actionable strategies

- Leverage market, competitive, consumer, technology, and regulatory insights to identify opportunities for innovation

- Facilitate strategic decision-making and drive alignment across the organization

- Evaluate emerging trends, identify opportunities to improve affordability and outcomes, and lead high-priority initiatives

**Requirements**

- 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare/clinical strategy, or related fields

- Proven ability to lead complex strategic initiatives from strategy development through execution

- Experience developing and synthesizing market, competitive, consumer, regulatory, and technology insights

- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complex challenges, and lead multiple concurrent priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Working knowledge of payer, provider, pharmacy, and healthcare product segments

- Health plan, managed care, payer, or health insurance industry experience preferred

- Experience supporting enterprise, business unit, or growth strategy initiatives within a healthcare organization

- Growth mindset and commitment to deepening expertise across the healthcare industry

**Education**

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required

- MBA, MPH, MPA or other advanced degree preferred

**Pay Range** $175,100.00 - $334,750.00
