Working as a General Merchandise Expert at Target means helping families discover the joy of everyday life. You will be part of a team that prioritises guest experience while ensuring product is available and easy to shop.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Executing daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, and maintaining the sales floor

- Operating power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified

- Learning and executing operational procedures such as setting and organising merchandise, managing product accuracy and stock levels

- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Be able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

- Be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
