## Description

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimise our French fry production processes. As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with various departments to implement solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and monitor improvement projects within the Continuous Improvement programme

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Apply Continuous Improvement principles and methods to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency

- Support and train employees in Continuous Improvement principles and practices

- Collaborate with other Continuous Improvement teams to share best practices and successes

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HBO level)

- Experience working in a production environment

- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods and applications

- Excellent coaching, influencing, analytical, and communication skills

- Proactive, independent, honest, and a team player
