## Description

We are looking for a maintenance intern to support our end-of-line operations at our Cologne site. As a maintenance intern, you will be part of the final and decisive step in our vehicle production process. Your tasks will include supporting the creation and optimisation of preventive maintenance plans for our end-of-line equipment, identifying and cataloguing technical spare parts, coordinating planned production downtime for larger revision work, analysing equipment failures, and contributing to the development of key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical processes in an automated production environment.

As a maintenance intern at Ford, you will gain valuable insights into our predictive and preventive maintenance strategies and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Duration: 4-6 months, ideally as part of a compulsory internship.
