## Description

We are seeking a Patient Administrator to join our team at The Chiltern Hospital in Great Missenden and The Shelburne Hospital in High Wycombe.

As a Patient Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the efficient management of patient administrative processes

- Ensure adherence to Circle Health Group's best practice process maps

- Handle patient queries in a professional and efficient manner

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail

- Approve electronic bookings and update booking records

- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure compliance

- Comply with all relevant mandatory training

Requirements:

- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2

- Proficient in using a PC, including software and systems

- Basic financial awareness

- Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment is beneficial

Availability:

- Bank role working on an "as and when required" basis

- Must be available to work across both sites with flexible hours (07:00-22:00, Monday-Friday) and occasional weekends

Salary: £12.71 per hour
