## Description

Diageo, a leading multinational spirits, beer, and wine company with over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, is seeking a Source to Pay - Procurement Operations - Analyst. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective and efficient execution of operational activities in Procurement Operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support sourcing activities, negotiation, and resolve operational procurement issues

- Act as an interface between Market Users, Suppliers, and the procurement community to support and simplify guided buying

- Organize and conduct competitive sourcing requests through FairMarkit

- Perform sourcing activities, commercial negotiations, and contract management for spend up to US $50k

- Embed best-in-class procurement category excellence capability and process

- Provide comprehensive analysis on events conducted and drive global KPI improvements

- Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders, including Category Procurement team, Suppliers, and Market Users

- Identify opportunities to minimize operational and administrative activities for the Procurement team

- Create and maintain DTPs, Knowledge Management articles for procurement and users

- Participate and conduct trainings on process updates and compliance

**Accounts Payable:**

- Ensure timely and accurate quality check of invoices, including online payment requests and down payments

- Follow up on returned invoices to get replacement invoices meeting quality criteria

- Assist in resolving supplier and business queries related to accounts payable

**Requirements:**

- Advanced to native level business Japanese and English language skills

- Experience in Procurement-related systems such as SAP, Coupa, FairMarkit, and PowerBi

- Experience in processing and managing Accounts Payable-related tasks

- Willingness to work onsite in the Diageo office in Tokyo, Japan
