## Description

Lammas Lodge is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join their team in Lugwardine, Herefordshire.

The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team supporting seven adult males on the autism spectrum in a semi-rural location.

## Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker, you will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting residents in their day-to-day lives

- Encouraging residents to live as independently as possible

- Participating in exciting activities outside the home

- Being part of a team that makes a positive impact on residents' lives

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

The ideal candidate will have natural empathy, be reliable, friendly, and caring. Resilience is essential as you may need to help manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
