## Description

We're seeking a Lead Program Manager for Global Vendor Operations to shape how Pinterest manages critical vendor partnerships. As a key operator at the intersection of operations, risk, legal, procurement, and business performance, you'll help define how Pinterest measures vendor success, identifies and escalates performance issues, and standardizes operating cadence and accountability globally.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining global performance scorecards, using AI to create scalable tracking and alerting mechanisms, serving as the global escalation point for vendor performance issues, and leading breach management. You'll also maintain an auditable record of vendor adherence, breaches, actions taken, and outcomes to support contract management decisions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience, including 5-8+ years in operations, vendor management, program management, or financial operations. You'll also need demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in your day-to-day workflow, high integrity and ownership, and proven track record of building and scaling vendor networks.

In addition to a competitive salary, you'll be eligible for equity and incentive compensation. Final salary is based on a number of factors, including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
