## Description

We are seeking a PPG (Payer, Provider and Government) Technical Consultant / Manager to lead the development of products and solutions using large-scale medical data and real-world data (RWD) for local governments and medical institutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading the development of products, solutions, and services using large-scale medical data and real-world data (RWD)

- Developing service concepts and business goals based on IQVIA's medium- to long-term strategy

- Proposing and explaining to customers' senior management layers

- Formulating mid- to long-term product roadmaps and managing backlogs

- Collaborating with development teams and security/compliance departments to design services and develop plans

- Analyzing market trends and latest technology trends, and proposing continuous improvements

- Managing project progress, quality, and delivery (QCD management)

- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing stakeholder relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in developing medical information systems (electronic medical records, PHR, regional medical cooperation systems, real-world data, etc.)

- Experience in requirements definition, specification formulation, screen design, and business flow design

- Experience in project management from requirements definition to introduction and stabilization support

- Experience in designing architecture using the latest technology

- Experience in software development, service development, or SI projects

- Experience in formulating and managing long-term product portfolios and roadmaps

- Ability to manage QCD and report transparently

Preferred skills include:

- Network with central government ministries, medical professionals, and medical institutions

- Experience in constructing medical data platforms for local governments and public hospitals

- English communication skills (meetings, emails, etc.)

- Participation in national demonstration experiments, JAMI, JAHIS, etc.

- Knowledge of medical information standards such as HL7 FHIR, DICOM

- Knowledge of standard code systems such as ICD10, HOT, JLAC10

- Knowledge of personal information protection laws, 3 ministry 2 guidelines, etc.

- Knowledge of data models such as OMOP

- Experience in building analysis platforms using cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, data warehouses, data lakes, and BI tools
