## Description

We are seeking an experienced plumber to join our team as a Plumbing Service Technician. As a technician, you will diagnose problems, make quality repairs, communicate with customers, and take pride in doing the job right.

**Job Duties:**

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems

- Perform plumbing service, repairs, replacements, and installations

- Work on water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, piping, drains, and other plumbing systems

- Identify the cause of plumbing issues and recommend the best solution

- Present repair and replacement options clearly to customers

- Complete estimates, invoices, and job documentation accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and tools

- Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards

- Provide excellent customer service on every call

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations

- Ability to communicate options and recommendations to homeowners

- Comfortable working independently in customers' homes

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

- Applicable plumbing license preferred or required based on local regulations

- Experience with Service Titan heavily preferred
