## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking an R&D Engineering Technician to join their team in Quincy, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating high-quality electro-mechanical assemblies and rapid prototyping processes, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

The technician will work hands-on with the engineering team on a multi-disciplinary workflow to deliver world-class Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs). They will also be involved in troubleshooting and assembly, working on internal prototyping resources, and supporting testing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contributing to all stages of the vehicle product development and manufacturing life cycle

- Building, integrating, and testing complex electro-mechanical assemblies

- Designing, prototyping, and scaling manufacturing jigs and fixtures

- Applying competency in the use of hand tools, assembly tooling, and general manufacturing equipment

- Completing transactions in computer production systems

- Providing training and support to new operators

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of electronics experience in an R&D environment, experience with building and troubleshooting cables and wiring harnesses, and familiarity with soldering, crimping, assembling cables and connectors.
