## Description

We are looking for a Head of Member Collections (UK/Europe) to own and deliver Tide's collections strategy, optimizing the value of lending portfolios. You will lead a small team of collections managers and specialists across the UK, Bulgaria, and India.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a small team of collections managers and specialists

- Work iteratively between strategy and hands-on operational performance management

- Collaborate with the leadership team of Member Operations and other teams

- Shape the strategic direction for Collections at Tide

- Optimize recovery rates through process optimization and forbearing solutions

- Manage relationships with debt collection agencies

- Improve collections tools and processes with product and data teams

- Enhance management reporting with the data team

- Work with Talent and People partners to recruit and retain top talent

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience as a collections leader, preferably in small business or consumer lending in the UK

- Extensive subject matter expertise in credit collections

- Proven leadership and management experience

- Experience working with outsourced collections teams and product/data teams

- In-depth knowledge of risk factors in collections and recovery processes

- Data-driven mindset with experience in OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, forecasting, budgeting, and planning
