With paid residencies, $1,500 annual education funds, and endless mentorship, we'll help you become the therapist you've always wanted to be. Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy in the Midwest, to patients with neuromusculoskeletal impairments.

**Responsibilities:"

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with hand, wrist, and elbow injuries or conditions.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes.

- Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.

- Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.

- Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.

- Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success.

- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.

**Qualifications:"

- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

- Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
