## Description

The Producer (EA SPORTS F1) runs end-to-end production of marketing, motion, and design assets to guide visual campaigns for the global racing franchise.

Responsibilities:

- Organise asset production and delivery to meet campaign milestones.

- Build and manage detailed schedules and tracking tools (Airtable and Asana).

- Lead asset discussions with senior partners across brand, dev, comms, and craft.

- Translate feedback from Creative/Brand Leads and racing licensors into clear steps.

- Manage resource sourcing, including music licensing and brand approvals.

- Ensure compliance with Legal, rating board, and Localisation delivery pipelines.

- Collaborate with internal craft teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience leading creative production in gaming, creative agencies, or sports entertainment.

- Experience managing full-cycle creative campaigns.

- Direct experience onboarding and collaborating with external creative vendors.

- Hands-on experience with production schedules and tracking pipelines.

- Ability to navigate brand guidelines and coordinate asset reviews.

- Collaborative approach with complex project management skills.

- Keen personal interest in sports, particularly Formula 1 and motorsport culture.
