## Description

We are seeking a Pre-Sales SE to join our West Japan SE Team in Systems Engineering. As a Pre-Sales SE, you will work closely with the sales team and various departments to deliver technical excellence and Cisco value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop technical solutions

- Conduct technical sales activities, including direct and indirect approaches to customers

- Develop and execute business strategies to expand our customer base

- Analyze customer requirements and propose optimal Cisco solutions

- Differentiate our solutions from competitors

- Create presentation materials and deliver presentations to customers

- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and report on test results

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a systems engineer

- Experience in SI business, budget planning, and project management

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Ability to work proactively and independently

- Excellent Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking)

- English language skills (reading, writing, basic conversation)

- Knowledge of industries such as government, education, and healthcare is a plus

- Programming skills are a plus
