## Job Overview

As a Partner Solutions Architect - AWS, you will be part of Stripe's Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical guidance to Stripe's partners, driving growth through co-solutioning, education, and enablement.

## Responsibilities

- Collaborate with key partners, such as AWS, to develop their Stripe capabilities and solutions, driving business growth and non-linear expansion.

- Design and execute enablement plans to ensure successful partnerships.

- Lead technical discussions and solution deep-dives with partners, showcasing the value Stripe can bring to their clients.

- Engage with CTOs, engineering teams, and technical leads at partner organisations to share technology roadmaps, demonstrate innovations, and define solution strategies.

- Communicate success internally through quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other updates.

- Provide oversight and guidance during partner sales processes to ensure mutual success in joint opportunities.

- Educate the Stripe sales team on key partner solutions and capabilities.

- Advocate for key partners within specific sales regions and identify areas for sales partnership.

- Collaborate on technical content, such as sample code and demos, to help partners implement specific use cases or best practices.

- Offer partner-focused guidance on Stripe's products, incorporating feedback.

## Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer, for a global software enterprise.

- 5+ years of experience working with hyperscaler platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proven experience in co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.

- Strong executive engagement skills, with the ability to establish relationships with key decision-makers and build credibility.

- Effective group facilitation skills, with confidence in leading customer meetings.

- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to learn Stripe solutions, such as Payments, Billing, and Connect.

- Understanding of how various applications, such as ERP, CRM, Billing, Tax, and legacy systems, interact within an enterprise technology ecosystem.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

- Strategic and creative thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges.

- Background and experience with crypto technologies and stablecoins are a plus.
