## The Role

As a Fraud Investigation Specialist, you'll be part of a small team conducting fraud investigations to protect GoCardless from financial and reputational risk. Your daily tasks will include:

- Monitoring the risk alert queue to identify high-risk behavior

- Conducting fraud investigations within service level agreements to reduce potential revenue losses

- Gaining a thorough understanding of GoCardless' products, policies, and processes

- Leading customer-facing correspondence and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience
