## Description

We're seeking a Paid Search Contractor to help scale renter acquisition by optimizing Google and Bing ad campaigns to achieve incremental growth above our target ROAS. As a contractor, you will work closely under our Head of Paid Search, focusing on execution and strategy consultation.

### Primary Responsibilities

- Manage ongoing campaigns with tROAS and conversion value optimization

- Launch and report on ad copy, landing page, and bidding tests

- Monitor account trends, performance, and competitive activity, raising issues promptly

- Develop and maintain tools for account health, including scripts, alerts, and automated checks

- Expand and refine keywords, documenting changes

- Analyze insights, search queries, and audience reports to enhance targeting and performance

- Deliver regular reports on KPIs, competitor metrics, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights

### Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in performance-focused paid search management with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

- Experience with Google Ads scripts and AI tools for tasks like ad copy testing and keyword research

- Proven success in managing budgets of at least $1M/year and scaling campaigns profitably

- Strong attention to detail, project management, and communication skills

### Contract Details

- Estimated 20 hours per week initially, with potential to scale

- Hourly contractor role
