## Description

We are seeking a CB Process Optimisation - VP - Securities Transformation to join our team.

**Job Summary:** As a Vice President in our CB Securities team, you will play a key role in supporting Institutional Investors, Corporates, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, Pension funds, and financial institutions in managing securities and investment-related operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Research, compile, and define complex processes, identifying problem areas and working with architects, developers, and business users to find solutions

- Design and conceptualize business solution options, articulating underlying impact analysis

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, reporting on status and sharing work product materials

- Actively support business strategy, plans, and values, contributing to a high-performance culture

- Lead F2B Transformation projects in the security space, ensuring projects are on track and business requirements are met

**Requirements:**

- In-depth understanding of securities services and trust agency processes

- Experience in end-to-end transformation across security services and Trust Agency Services operating model, process, and governance changes

- Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and maintaining alignment across multiple business, functional, and regional constituencies

- Working experience in automation/transformation projects in Agile environments

- Excellent partnership with business/technology, demonstrable focus on delivery/execution, and problem-solving skills

- High attention to detail, ability to stay organized despite multiple demands, and excellent communication and documentation/presentation skills
