You will act as a brand ambassador in Razerstore, delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalized assistance, and creating a welcoming store environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Consistently create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting and assisting them, and quickly responding to their inquiries and needs

- Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and make appropriate suggestions to customers

- Ensure that all customers receive top-level service and quality merchandise

- Demonstrate consistent behaviours of the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers

- Regularly communicate with Store Manager and Store Supervisors to stay informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines

- Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs

- Ensure company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times

- Assist in maintaining the store's cleanliness and organisation

- Assist in inventory control and stock management

- Assist in receiving regular vendor deliveries and replenishing sales floor in a timely manner

- Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security

- Perform any other duties as directed by Store Manager and Store Supervisor

**Pre-Requisites:**

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills with a customer-first mindset

- Passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics is an advantage

- Ability to build product knowledge and confidently recommend solutions to customers

- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Comfortable performing stock management, merchandising, and general store operations

- Professional, reliable, and able to uphold company policies and brand standards
